Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Fishin' Frenzy Online Gaming Ltd. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers upon, or otherwise utilises the website located at fishin-frenzy-game.com ("the Website"). The Company operates under the regulatory authority of the Malta Gaming Authority, holding licence number MGA/B2C/123/2018, issued pursuant to the relevant provisions of Maltese gaming legislation.

By accessing the Website, completing the registration process, or engaging with any service offered therein, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted all terms, conditions, provisions, and notices contained within this Agreement. Should the User decline to be bound by the terms set forth herein, access to and use of the Website must be immediately discontinued. The User warrants and represents that they are of legal age as prescribed by the jurisdiction in which they reside and are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities. Registration and participation by individuals who do not meet the applicable age requirements is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds, subject to applicable regulatory provisions.

Use of Website

Access to and use of the Website is granted exclusively for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, subject to strict compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of this Agreement. The following activities are strictly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement: the creation of multiple accounts by a single individual or entity; the provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point; the use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Website; any attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or technical protection measures employed by the Website; the exploitation of software errors, vulnerabilities, or unintended features for financial gain; collusion with other users or third parties for the purpose of defrauding the Company; and any form of fraudulent activity, including money laundering, as defined under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

Users are further prohibited from engaging in any conduct that may disrupt, impair, or compromise the integrity of the Website's operations, servers, or networks. Unauthorised harvesting or collection of data pertaining to other users is expressly forbidden. The reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any content obtained through the Website, without prior written authorisation from the Company, is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights subsisting in and relating to the Website, including but not limited to its design, layout, structure, source code, software, graphics, images, text, audio-visual content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and all other proprietary materials (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Fishin' Frenzy Online Gaming Ltd. or its duly authorised licensors. All such rights are reserved in their entirety.

No licence, right, title, or interest in or to any Intellectual Property is granted to the User by virtue of access to or use of the Website, except as expressly and specifically set forth in this Agreement. The limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence granted to the User permits access to and personal use of the Website solely for the purposes contemplated herein, and does not extend to any reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of any Intellectual Property for any commercial or public purpose.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Website are registered and unregistered marks of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorised use of any such marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable trademark law, for which the Company reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies.

Any content submitted, uploaded, or otherwise contributed by a User to the Website shall be deemed to constitute a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to the Company to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Website, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Users warrant that any content so contributed does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Any infringement of the intellectual property rights of the Company or its licensors shall be pursued vigorously through all available legal channels. The Company expressly reserves all rights not granted herein, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a waiver of any intellectual property right.

The Website and all services, content, and materials provided therein are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

No warranty is made that the Website will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis.
